Information Clause on Personal Data Processing

Legal Basis – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the
free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection
Regulation) Official Journal of the EU L 2016 No. 119/1, (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the Act of 10 May
2018 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended).

Scope of personal data subject to processing:

  1. full name,
  2. residential address,
  3. phone number,
  4. email address,
  5. information necessary for settling public-law liabilities.

ANYWEAR PATRYK BRDEJ with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7343465506, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 523062329, with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby informs:

Personal data will be processed on the basis of: Art. 6 para. 1(a)-(c) of the GDPR.

  1. Granting consent to personal data processing is voluntary, but necessary
    for the conclusion and performance of the Agreement.
  2. Personal data will be collected by Anywear
    and by persons or entities acting on its behalf.
  3. The Data Controller is Anywear
  4. For matters related to personal data, please contact us via

  5. Personal data may be shared with:
  • employees and collaborators of Anywear for the purpose of performing the Agreement,
  • entities controlling and supervising Anywear under generally applicable law,
  • personal data will be stored for the duration of the Agreement and after its
    termination due to the necessity of retaining documentation in accordance
    with applicable regulations.
  1. You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification,
  2. erasure or restriction of processing.
  3. You have the right to object to further processing,
  4. to withdraw consent for further processing of personal data.
  5. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You have the right to data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding Anywear’s personal data processing activities with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Automated decisions will not be made based on personal data; profiling is not used.

In light of the above, I consent to the processing of my personal data
by Anywear, for the purpose of concluding, via the
anywear.pl online store, and performing the Agreement for the sale of Goods
between Anywear and me, and for fulfilling the obligations arising
from the said Agreement.

I acknowledge that my personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes
by Anywear, provided that I give my consent in a separate statement via the
online store anywear.pl.
I acknowledge that I have the right to object to the processing
of my personal data for marketing purposes, via email to
the address: anywear.kontakt@gmail.com
