Contest Rules

“SHOW US ANYTHING” Anywear.

General Provisions

  1. The contest organizer is Anywear Brano Patryk Brdej, based in Warsaw, ul. Burdzińskiego 5, 03-480, Tax ID: 7343465506.
  2. The prize sponsor is the Organizer.
  3. This contest is not created, administered, or sponsored by Instagram. Instagram bears no responsibility for any actions related to the organization of the contest on the platform.

Participation Conditions

  1. Only adults residing in the Republic of Poland may participate in the contest.
  2. A requirement for participation is having a public Instagram account.
  3. The contest runs from May 15, 2026 to June 15, 2026 until 23:59.
  4. Results will be announced on June 19, 2026 by 8:00 PM via the Organizer’s Instagram profile.

Contest Task

  1. The contest task consists of:
    • Publishing video content (a video) on your Instagram profile.
    • Tagging the Organizer’s brand profile in the content description.
    • Adding the dedicated contest hashtag in the description.
  2. The entry must be published on a public profile so the Organizer can review the contest submission.
  3. A participant may submit any number of videos, but can only receive one prize.

Image Rights

  1. By participating in the contest, the participant declares that they are the sole author of the submitted video and hold full copyright to it, and that the video does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
  2. The participant consents to the free recording and distribution of their image captured in the contest video.
  3. Upon publication of the entry, the participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the video for brand promotional purposes.
  4. The consent includes, in particular, publication of the video on the Organizer’s communication channels (Instagram, TikTok) and on the Organizer’s website in a dedicated section.

Prizes

  1. The contest prize is a set of Anywear brand clothing, which includes:
    • A hoodie with a market value of 369.00 PLN gross.
    • Pants with a market value of 359.00 PLN gross.
  2. The total value of one prize set is 728.00 PLN gross.
  3. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
  4. Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 5 business days.

Personal Data and Complaints

  1. The personal data controller for participants is the Organizer. Data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and delivering prizes.
  2. Complaints may be submitted electronically to the Organizer’s email address within 14 days of the announcement of results.

Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
  2. Participation in the contest is equivalent to acceptance of the content of these rules.
