RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Customers can withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the purchased item. To do this, a declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract must be sent using the appropriate form (an example of a declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract can be found on anywear.pl under the TERMS AND CONDITIONS tab) or a handwritten declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract (including the customer’s full name, residential address, order number, and bank account number for the refund of purchase costs), to the address: Anywear.pl ul.OSTRÓDZKA 98E , 03-289 Warszawa.
  2. Simultaneously with sending the sales contract withdrawal form. Customers should return the purchased item along with proof of purchase (sales receipt or VAT invoice) to the address mentioned in the previous paragraph. 1.
  3. Refunds for the item (including the purchase price and shipping costs to the customer, up to the amount of the cheapest shipping option offered) will be issued exclusively to the customer’s bank account within no more than 14 business days from the date the Seller receives the item and the withdrawal declaration.
  4. The customer, as the party withdrawing from the agreement, covers the cost of return shipping for the item to the Seller.
  5. The anywear.pl online store does not accept returns sent with postage due or cash on delivery.
  6. Customers are responsible for any decrease in the value of the returned item resulting from its use in a manner beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
  7. With the Seller’s consent, customers may also exchange the item for another item within 14 days of receiving it. In such a case, customers should contact the Seller via email at: anywear.kontakt@gmail.com.
  8. When exchanging an item, the Seller will account for any price difference between the item being exchanged and the new item. The price difference for the aforementioned items is either refunded to the customer’s account or paid to the Seller’s account within 7 business days of the Seller receiving the return shipment containing the exchanged item. The customer bears the shipping costs for item exchanges.
